Cats, Cats, Cats and Jan

Sammie becomes an adult kitty. (He was one of Lovey's brothers I couldn't remember the name of.)

Lovey also grows up. She's the heir for this generation.

And her other brother Puss. (Don't laugh, these are actual names of my neighbor's cats.)

Lovey goes right to Zebra to start Generation 8.

We get the Electronics Superstore up to level 10 while Zakkary's trying to get his gold register and stocking badges.

And still trying for those badges, our first business (the one that actually counts) Petina's Pet Retreat gets up to 10 as well.

My second pet death.

Grim waves the little mouse trying to get her to go nicely.

Lovey has one little kitten, a girl I named Callie after my own kitty.

Right before a cat fight, the next frame is the dust cloud.

And my third pet death.

All the kitties come to say goodbye.

Grim pulls out the mousey.

And Austin becomes a teen.

Zakkary LTW is to become Mayor. I figured I'd let him achieve to make a plat. grave easier. He's getting his charisma skill up.

Austin works on his body skill trying to get some nice money for college.

Jan milks the cow plant. I decided I'd let her take charge of them. How fitting.

Cow plant pops out a piece of cake, he's been waiting a LONG time for milking.

Mean ole Jan calls a lot visitor over to see what happens.

Visitor comes over and walks away. She is the first visiting sim I've not had go straight to the cow plant on her own. She went back over to the cats. I'm starting to think Maxis programmed the pets to be the funnest thing on the lot.

Austin works on his dancing skills. He's named after my oldest son and I had to take a bunch of pics of this because this is exactly how MY Austin acts. So enjoy the show.

After gaining his dance skill, he moves onto the pool table.

The Maid cleaning the pets food dish. Jan didn't realize the maid cleaned up after the pets.

Audrey goes to the Wellington Family Cemetary to mourn Arianna. This lot is completely different from the Veronaville Cemetary. This one is for the Wellington sims only. The other was for all the dead NPC's.

Austin leaves for college.

Callie becomes an adult.

And goes to find her mate. They immediately mated and the lullabye sounded in the anticipation of Generation nine.

Jan gets ready to become an adult.

Jan immediately heads over to the "plastic surgeon". I've been wanting to see what I could do with an alien and this little reward.

She also gets a clothing and hair makeover.

And here's our new Jan.

A Full House

Zakkary arrives at University.

And meets his future wife, Audrey.

Within minutes, they're slow dancing.

Days later, they are engaged.

Zakkary completes Uni. and becomes an adult.

Back at the Founding Lot, another one bites the dust. I've got to stop inviting people over.

After Zakkary's adult makeover.

Whiskars becomes an elder.

Audrey moves into the main house.

And they marry in the music room.

Whiskars decides to become the Cheshire cat.

A mouse toy after the thirteen cats get done with it.

The other lovely glitch I've noticed in the Pets EP. My cats sink into the lawn. I thought at first, maybe it had something to do with foundation houses, but this lot doesn't use a foundation. The only way to fix this is to delete the cat and reload the lot. It occurs just about everytime I play.

Audrey gets her adult makeover.

Mischief, Generation 5, becomes an adult.

And immediately mates, producing heir Meow.

The pet area. The larger area contains the majority of the cats, while the smaller is just for breeding pairs. The heir gets moved into the breeding area as soon as it's born and then the future mate is added. By the time the heir becomes an adult, they're ready to mate.

Meet Austin Zakkary Wellington, one child and it's a boy!

Jan becomes a teen.

Lying on the ground, is pet Gen. 6, Meow. He's being nuzzled by what was going to be his future mate until he grew up and I realized the mate was also male.

Audrey decides to give me my Grilled Cheese Aspiration.

During Austin's birthday, Great Grandma Arianna decides to show up.

And Austin becomes an adorable toddler without too many bad ghost memories.

Zakkary works on his robotics badge.

And our founder pet kicks the dust.

If you look closely, Whiskars is still playing Cheshire Cat. Did you know that the Grim Reaper tempts the cats with a mouse toy before he takes them?

My first pet death. Still haven't seen her haunt though.

And immediately after, Grim returns for Bryant, who goes out in Platinum. Peace Out Bry!

Austin becomes a child.

We adopted two more cats to add to the line. This is Star, she's Meow's replacement mate.

And this is Zebra, he's going to be the father of generation 8.

Austin and Audrey play chess.

Meow grows up, mates and produces three kittens: Lovey and, um, two others.
